1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and aah88 ("aah88," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the aah88 website located at aah88.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the aah88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with aah88's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on aah88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online casino gaming in the Philippines as prescribed by PAGCOR regulations. aah88 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of aah88, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the aah88 Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by action of aah88.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

aah88 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) aah88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an account on aah88, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify aah88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity results from aah88's negligence.

aah88 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

aah88 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso. aah88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawal Verification: aah88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits where applicable.
• Bonus Wagering: Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. See Section 5 for details.
• Suspicious Transactions: aah88 is required by Philippine law to report suspicious financial transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Accounts involved in suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation.

aah88 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if the withdrawal cannot be completed for technical or compliance reasons. You will be notified in such cases.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

aah88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all aah88 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. aah88 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• aah88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already claimed and in active use.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as permitted by the specific bonus terms.
• aah88 reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and/or close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other fraudulent means.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the aah88 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface.

By participating in any game on aah88, you agree to abide by the specific rules of that game as displayed on the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail. aah88's decision on all game outcomes is final and binding.

aah88 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aah88 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or self-exclusion measures.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including for the purpose of placing wagers on your behalf.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while under the legal gambling age of 21 years.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the aah88 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of aah88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of aah88.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aah88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

aah88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aah88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aah88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. aah88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond aah88's reasonable control.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

aah88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aah88 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and aah88 cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Responsible Gaming

aah88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. All players must be at least 21 years of age. aah88 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you can lose over a specified period.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

aah88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if aah88 reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to aah88 or other players.

You may close your account at any time by contacting aah88 customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and provided that the balance was not obtained through fraudulent means.

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, aah88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and withhold any pending withdrawals.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. aah88 operates in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and aah88. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to Terms

aah88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
